Common issues

My streak disappeared

Streaks reset if a day is missed beyond the grace period. Unfortunately, lost streaks can't be restored — this is by design, to keep the streak system meaningful. Consider enabling a Sabbath rest day in Settings to automatically preserve your streak one day per week.

My progress didn't sync across devices

Make sure iCloud Sync is on (Settings → Sync) on both devices, and both devices are signed into the same Apple ID. Sync can take a few minutes after changes. If it still isn't working, toggle iCloud Drive off and on once, then relaunch the app. On Android, sign out of your Gospify account and back in.

I ran out of AI credits

Lumen AI chat has a daily limit of 5 messages to keep the app sustainably free. Credits reset at midnight in your local time. Meanwhile, every other Lumen tool — topics, cross-references, word studies, flashcards, reading plans, maps, timeline, Bible navigator — is unlimited and works offline.

The app is slow or crashes

Force-quit and relaunch. If it persists, restart the device. If it still happens, please email with device model, OS version, and a description of what you were doing when it crashed — we investigate every report.

I deleted the app and lost my progress

If cloud sync was enabled before deletion, your progress will restore automatically on reinstall. If it wasn't enabled, unfortunately the data can't be recovered. Enable iCloud Sync (iOS / macOS) or sign in (Android) to protect your progress going forward.

I forgot my password (Android)

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? You'll receive a reset link by email. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the same provider again — there's no Gospify password in that case.

Privacy & data

Gospify has no analytics SDKs, no ad networks, no trackers. For the full details on what data the app handles, see the Privacy Policy. To permanently delete your account and all synced data, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact us if you need help.
