🐛 Report a Bug
Found something broken? Please let us know so we can fix it. When reporting a bug, please include as much of the following as possible:
- Device and OS: e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.4 — or Mac model and macOS version
- Gospify version: found in Settings → About
- What happened: describe what you were doing when the bug occurred
- What you expected: what should have happened instead
- Steps to reproduce: if you can trigger the bug again, list the steps
- Screenshot or screen recording: optional but incredibly helpful
💡 Feature Requests
Gospify is shaped by the people who use it. If you have an idea for a new feature, a study tool, a lesson topic, or a quality-of-life improvement, we genuinely want to hear it.
The best feature requests explain:
- What you're trying to accomplish
- Why the current app doesn't let you do it
- How you imagine it working
Not every request can be implemented, but every one is read and considered.

My streak disappeared
Streaks reset if a day is missed beyond the grace period. Unfortunately, lost streaks cannot be restored — this is by design to keep the streak system meaningful. Consider enabling a Sabbath rest day in Settings to automatically preserve your streak one day per week.
My progress didn't sync across devices
Make sure iCloud sync is enabled in Settings on both devices, and that both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID. Sync can take a few minutes after changes. If it still isn't working, try signing out of iCloud and back in, then launch Gospify.
I ran out of AI credits
Lumen AI chat has a daily limit of 5 messages to keep the app sustainably free. Credits reset every day at midnight in your local time. Remember that all other Lumen features — topics, cross-references, word studies, flashcards, reading plans, maps, timeline, and Bible navigator — are unlimited and work offline.
The app is slow or crashes
Try force-quitting the app and relaunching. If the issue persists, restart your device. If it still happens, please email us with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing — we take crashes seriously and investigate every report.
I deleted the app and lost my progress
If iCloud sync was enabled before deletion, your progress will restore automatically when you reinstall and launch the app. If it wasn't enabled, unfortunately the data cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend enabling iCloud sync in Settings to protect your progress.
🔒 Privacy & Data
Gospify is built with privacy as a core principle. We don't collect analytics, we don't track you, and we don't sell your data — because we don't have any of your data in the first place. Your Bible study stays between you and God.
