✅ Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gospify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

👍 Permitted Use

Gospify is provided for personal, non-commercial Bible study purposes. You may:

  • Use all app features for personal spiritual growth
  • Share verse cards and achievements via the built-in share feature
  • Use the app on any personal devices linked to your Apple ID

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute app content outside of the built-in sharing features
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures

📚 Content & Intellectual Property

Bible text in Gospify uses the World English Bible (WEB) translation, which is in the public domain. All other content — including lesson designs, study notes, app design, graphics, and the Gospify brand — is the intellectual property of the Gospify team.

❌ Termination

You may stop using Gospify at any time by deleting the app. Your locally stored data will be removed upon deletion. iCloud-synced data will remain in your iCloud account until you manually remove it.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or modify features at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
